ELECTRONIC CONSENT AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION TERMS AND CONDITION

Electronic communications

Domium Pty Ltd (ABN 36 627 819 247), Credit Licence number 529957 (referred to as “Domium/we/us”) carries out its communications using electronic communications in accordance with any applicable laws.


You consent to using electronic means to agree, or bind you to, your legal obligations and to receiving all communications relating to your products and services with Domium electronically. Please note that if you do not consent to receiving electronic communications from Domium we may be unable to provide the services you request or may be unable to provide you with our products and services.


This consent and authority will apply to all communications permitted to take place electronically by law including, but not limited to, statements, notices and any disclosure documents that we are required to give you in relation to any facilities or products you hold with us. We rely on this consent to communicate to you by e-mail you have provided to us; sending SMS to the provided mobile number; making a notice available for you to access on our website; and/or any other method of electronic communication. You will need to notify Domium if your phone number or email address, or any other contact details, change.


Where you agree to receive communications electronically, Domium will no longer be required to send you any relevant notice or document in paper form. It is your responsibility to print or save all communications received from Domium.

Electronic consent (e-consent)

By providing your mobile number or email and then clicking on “I AGREE”, or “CONTINUE any online agreement, registration or any other forms of applications, you agree to the use of electronic signatures on those online documents and understand that your electronic signature on those online documents has the same effect as if you signed them in ink.

This consent applies to all types of communication that is permitted by law to occur electronically.  Therefore, paper (hard copy) documents may not be provided to you, unless we are obliged to by law.  You must regularly check advised electronic communication mediums for communication from us.  If your details change, you must promptly notify us.
